NX has a nice new easy to install wet kit called the Proton series. Should be one of the least expensive complete kits from a top name company.
You would still need a window switch and a lean cutoff, but the nice part is most vendors are offering a free bottle blanket right now(which depending on where you live might be good enough not to need a heater most of the time).
If you end up piecing together a kit your self try and use NX nozzles over other brands. They dont have the reservoir like NOS and few other companys.
