    PS..easiest way to get the rear header in is to drop the back of the subframe 2-4 inches.

    I'm not sure on how to do that. All I know is how to pull the motor forward by taking off the dog bones.

    Actually 01...the easiest way is not to take all that off.

    jack the car and support it via the thick edge of the body under the door frame. Put the jack in the center (use a board I like 4x4) and remove teh two back bolts of the subframe. Lower the jack 2-4 inches. Now your rear manifold will come right out and the new one will slide right in. Put two bolts in to the new one to hold it to the motor and jack the subframe back into place and put the bolts back in.
