    my fuel pump resistor was not plugged into anything??!! i was told to look for a gray and light green wire to connect it. does anyone know where i would find those wires to plug it in?? this car has issues lol

    thank you for the pic that helps a lot!!! i dont understand how the car is running right now with it out?! my gas mileage sucks though it at 15.4 mpg right now hopefully that will go up when its put back in. thanks again!

    The fuel pump relay can have a pin bent to bypass the resistor. This runs the pump in high speed all the time and allows the regulator to keep pressure regulated just the same.

    does this mean i will need to unbend the pin or will i need a newfuel pump relay? or should i just plug it back in??

    I wouldn't mess with it. If the FP is working with that plug not being connected and no replacement on the firewall, then someone must have fixed it up and there's no need to put it back to stock.

    well my gas milage is really bad about 15 mpg i thought if i got all that fixed it might help the gas mielage go up. idk a guess as long as the car runs and doesnt stall im happy! id like to be able to "really" drive it this spring!! thanks for the input

    I feel like the only time we chat is the mornings..lol right at 7

    Gas mileage shouldn't be effected by the speed of the pump. It would have more to do with an O2, letting the car warm up (since it's winter in most places) and winter blends of fuel.
