    I live in Canada too... I disabeled my DRL and just run my fogs in the daytime...if even that.

    What year is your car....you might want to disable auto lights too. I did that so when I install my HIDS, I wont have to worry about them randomly coming on (eg: driving in a parking garage...or pulling into my garage)
