I have a 2000 Grand Prix that is have some lighting issues. The head lights (DLR) and tail lights will not come on at night. I have to twitch to high beams but even at this the tails lights will still not light up.The brake lights will work but everything else seems to just have stopped.

I replaced the DLR 10 amp fuse and tested the 20amp headlamp circuit breaker fuse and that is ok.

Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks for the help!!

DLR = Daily lights that run?
    (DRL)
Anyway, it's the automatic lights that would be the problem, not drl's. Drl's are just on when your headlights aren't.

Does the automatic lights have a sensor or fuse that I can replace to see if that would correct the problem?

Yea, I have seen it. Is that a DIY project or is it a complicated process that an electrician should do.
