    you HAVE to paint the area where the holes are at the very least.

    But matching certain colours of FADED paint will be tough so its best to repaint the whole thing if you're that hardcore about your car.

    Note show car only since thats what prevents you from getting some dings.

    Again I'll say it, many old cars, and many newer cars, have little-to-no protection in the same area anymore. Including 04+ GPs...

    It does have some indents there, but nothing to actually protect from door dings.
