I am far from the target market so the mention of Lexus and Mercedes makes me lose all interest. But a kicka$$ V8 in a competitive Hyundai is cool.
Quite an improvement on the rusted out, weaka$$, oil incinerating Sonatta I learned how to drive in. I still remember how that thing smelled.

    Matt,

You can't assume that man. You never know who is on the other side of the internet. Some people just have different tastes. There are a lot of people that are here because the modded GTP is their wife's car or just the weekend toy.

Mine sadly, is my DD... friggin debts.

I'd rather get the benz as well.... silly wife thought the one I brought home looked like a minivan , so we didn't get to keep it........ and no, I did not bring an R class minivan home. Oh well. I guess she's stuck driving her DD (which is getting new brakes and a tune up this weekend).

I however am a sellout. I'll get the Equus over my prix.... The prix is not my favorite car that I've owned. It's fun and all, but the FWD and lack of power is killing me. Good thing I enjoy modding it ...it is depressing when you press the gas and there's lots of noise, but no speed increase...... faaaalk!

I'll probably end up trading it for an E-class or 5 series..... definately not new, but I've been surprised with Hyundai's new Genesis sedan.

.... yeah yeah yeah, that's just the demographic of the GP owners on the internet... cuz the other drivers are too old to know what the internet is! (all the old lady's you see driving around in GTPs)

I guess there's a local guy who rocks a genesis on the autox. And apparently is pretty good.

As for all of you saying how much better a mercedes is or whatever, you cannot judge a car by a picture. It would be worth checking out in person, and especially considering this car is half the price of a mercedes? *golf clap*

I hope they improved the suspension from the Sonata I drove in Vegas two years ago. Coming down the hills from Pahrump I thought it was going to take me over a cliff. The Malibu I had last year was better than that.

Nah just an opinion. Instead of a luxury car rather just have one thats faster :-P... The GP is good enough for me. Its all on taste I have no problem with the people that would rather have the luxury

Oh but I got slaughtered when I brought up that statement that for the SAME price Id much rather have a CTS-V and bio had to clean up the thread because it turned into a mess.
