    So rubbing is on the red got rid of the colour?? just a little confused.
    ^Disregard this^... I tried paint thinner, did nothing, used some brake cleaner and the red came right off... will have this done tomorrow... pumped.

    i thought paint thinner would work better but i guess carb or break cleaner is best, who woulda guessed? post pics man... what color you doing?

    Im doing blue, to match my deck and gauges, I used paint thinner for like 5 min and only got a tint of red on the cloth I was using.

    Sticking with the stock bulbs, hopefully it looks good.

    post pics when you're done with the stock bulbs. i was wondering how it would look with just a different color lens or w/e with stock bulbs. I'm still doing it with LEDs just cuz they last just about forever, but still interested in seeing. lol

    yeah, i used paint thinner and it was a total *****! took me like 45 minutes of scrubbing to get it off even after soaking it in the thinner for awhile. I still havent finished mine yet....got all the stuff but seeing as im not too experienced with soldering, i wanted to practice on other stuff for awhile to figure out how to get the solder to form correctly and all. Only thing im worried about now is the heat from the iron...i dont wanna overheat any components and **** them up
