I recently purchased a 99' GP 2 door GTP and the doors automatically unlock while I'm driving it or even when it's parked. Don't know what the problem could be! If anyone has been thru this, please I need your help as to what the problem may be. Thanks and any info would greatly be appreciated.

welcome to the forums, look in your owners manual for instructions on how to reprogram the automatic door lock feature and reprogram to the setting you want and see if that helps, ive done it before and its easy

with key out of ignition, remove the MALL PGM fuse in the glovebox fusebox. then turn the key to the accesory with the engine still off. there are 4 modes to choose from. press the lock button on the drivers side door to cycle thru the modes. each mode is identified by a chime from the vehicle. (mode 1 is 1 chime, mode 2 is 2 chimes, and so on.) keep pressing the lock button till you hear the number of chimes you want.

mode 1-all automatic door locking is disabled (use button to lock and unlock doors)

mode 2-automatic door locking only (all doors will lock when shifted out of park with drivers door closed)

mode 3-automatic door unlocking when ignition off (all doors will lock when shifted out of park with drivers door closed and unlock at ingition off)

mode 4-automatic unlocking and locking with park (all doors will lock when shifted out of park and drivers door closed and all doors will unlock when shifted back into park)

^ thats probably the performance shift button. It was dropped in later GP's, but I am pretty sure the 99 GTPs had them. The SE and the GT do not have that feature. go WOT and take note of the shift points, then push the button and again note the shift points at WOT. the car should shift later with the button pushed.
