Alright I just ordered my dhp PCM.
For the front manifold would i be able to make one? is there alota specs i would have to make it to? i have accesses to a water jet table to make the part that bolts to heads. and a tubing bender for the rest

I think im just break down and buy headers. Whats the cheapest headers that still perform well? And i just need the headers and cross over. i all ready have the 3inch down pipe.

And will I need a rear 02 extension cose I took out the cat so if I need to I can move it a inch or two .. I know it probly won't give any performece gains but I have no need for it and the 110 dollers went towrds more parts lmao I know it'll throw a code but I care.

you wont need a rear extension then and the pcm you get you can get that code deleted

Band clamps are what holds the ssac's headers together they are slip fit

And thanks for the link. but it looks like all of there headers come with a DP is there any places that sell just the headers and cross over to save a little money ?

And does any one know if it would sound alright- well with headers / 3inch dp and 3inch all the way back with a 3 inch cherry bomb? I can easly go and use the tubing bender and bend up the tubing so its not like I'd have to pay for any thing besides the cherry bomb..

you wont need 3" all the way back
ANd it will be very raspy with no cat and no resonator
As far as headers with no dp ssac is the best price your gonna get besides ebay headers that need fabrication work to fit right and they all come with dp's

since you have a down pipe you coulld just get a plog and that would work for a 3.4 pulley

Yeahh but seens I plan on buying headers I might as well just spend the extra like 150 and get headers

with headers/104plugs/180* t stat/pcm would I be able to safly run a 3.3 pulley? Or would I need rockers?
