Does anyone know if a blown sub can be repaired and if it's worth it? I'm cleaning up around the house and came across 4 audio bahn 1000 watt rms subs, feels like a waste just to pitch them.

Depends on what type of sub it is.

If it has TC sounds motor or its a Fi sub then Fi can either recone it for you or ship you a recone.

Chances are, if you think Audio Bahns are a step up then they're probably best off getting them.

I hate to be a jerk, but I don't want to go through the hassle of boxing them and shipping them anywhere. Probably just going to pitch them.

If they're cheap then theres probably not much point in shipping them to anyone. Shipping costs would exceed what they're worth.

Know the brand? Eclipse is known to have used TC motors.

Probably not worth reconing. Put them on craigslist and see if you can make some money off 'em.
