Why are you hating on something that costs a fourth of your overpriced turd tube that works about 100 times better. Learn something.

Open Cone right off the TB...no restriction. Period. See sig for mods (DO feel free to ask what they are if you don't know). When you have as many as I do then come back for a intake discussion.

I must ask, do you mean that you have a cone filter just right on where the actual intake is on the engine/sc..? with no tube at all? If that's true, won't that be sucking in the warm/extremely hot engine air?
Also, your "turd-tube" joke was hilarious, it made me crack up. kudos to you.
Were you a good enough sport to find my hardware store joke funny, even though we're having a heated debate?

    here is my intake setup:

    a) it works well for me since i spray meth and i am pretty modded so flow is more effective than colder air

    b) i have no room to make an intake with my meth tank and pump being where they are

I'm a noob... Is meth referring to Nitros? Also, is that a stock supercharger?

Modified, but yes a M90. Meth is Methanol Injection, which is like a intecooler, but A LOT cheaper and sprays into the intake tract somewhere for the most part that cools the intake charge. And by Nitros...Nitrous? Nitros are in video games...

The K&N is an amazingly snug fit, designed very well. It really opens up that supercharger!
    Two things that surprised me:
#1 It fits nicely against the hood of the car, sealing it off from warm engine air.
#2 It is designed to draw directly from the AC unit air since the bottom is open and exposed seemingly only to the AC (touch it and you'll find out it's cold).
The kit is professional, and if you can afford more than some Plumber's PVC junk, then I say go for it.
Don't listen to the haters, I love it, and you won't regret it.
Here's the video that convinced me: YouTube - Grand Prix GTP Whining Supercharger Flyby... among others! It rocks, just get it.
My wife's GTP came with a K&N kit on it when I picked it up. Very interested to see pics of yours. You say it seals right to the hood? Love to see that since the rubber bulb seals on the top jam right under the diagonal brace. Also, you say it draws air directly form the AC? Really? The air conditioner? I need to see this thing because it's obviously not the same K&N kit that I am about to tear out of her car that doesn't seal off to anything, let alone the AC.

So if I do the AC Delete mod does that mean there is no chance I can EVER draw in cooler air for my intake again? Sad day for sure

Well, let's not get carried away here. TDCracing and Bio248 probably do for sure, but including bluegtp91 is probably pushing it.
