I think they are the main cause of all the transmission failures you hear about from the GXP's. A few years back a couple of my buddies bought Dodge & Chrysler products,a 300m & an Intrepid to be exact,they both had the autostick feature and they had nothing but trans problems with both cars. Oh BTW they swore by their autosticks. As time went on I heard of & encounterd a lot more people with Dodge & Chrysler products with the autostick feature having trans problems. I can't say for certain they were abusing the feature but I do know my two buddies drove their cars like they were sticks.
