    Oh yeah.....stop using those Fram filters man.
    3.4", 3" cated DP, SLP Air box, TB spacer, 180* Thermo, "Bilemke Tuning".

    just use a bansaw
    99 Grand Prix old build- CAI, Custom exhaust, HV3, Stage 2 TB, custom tune, ported heads intense s1x cam, headers.
    Nothing great Just a small T66 Turbo with a Hv3 On a stock tranny untill i finish the other one.

    WOW good to see that someone has finally joined my ranks on engine destruction! Scotty can attest to this one. Unfortunatly i've done it twice. Damn vacuum line anyway.

    If you can find a pipe cutter big enough that will go around the filter, you can use something like that, but I bought a purpose built oil filter cutter/opener. It works fabulously and gives me yet another diagnostic tool when I work on customers cars or change oil for them, etc.

    Ive cut open a few hundred filters over the years and I am just amazed at the poor quality in some of them. I mean, its down right scary, and to think most people just slap them on there with little consideration.

    that's not the worst 3800 blow up i've seen but the worst engine blow up i've seen
    1998 Grand Prix GTP Stock for now mods to come soon. Alpine 9885 head unit, 2 JLW3V2 10s, 2 Jensen 650x2 amps, and Tsunami wiring all the way around.
