    the most common place for headlights and cornors to leak are the holes where you put the bulbs into. sometimes they dont seat right or the gasket is worn.

    check into that.

    as previously stated, there's moisture in the light because it cant escape, so drill a hole in the bottom corner and there ya go. the projectors never condensate because they were vented. same principle and you don't go gunking them up with silicone
