So I change my upper intake gasket cause I had a vacuum leak and when I went to start it after a big cloud of white smoke puffed out of the exhaust. My ltft goes up and down from -22 to 15 but mostly stays negative while cursing or idle. It runs fine but when idling it sounds like its getting to much fuel. Any ideas?

You posted in a supercharged area, your user name suggests you have mods. Any chance you can fill us in a bit more.

Most canned tunes do run rich. Do you have a way to check the tune?

Do you have any ideas why it smoked so much? It did it for maybe a minute and quit.

No that I know of but I guess that's a possibility when I pulled the charger off the gasket was wet from charger oil and coolant

PCM been in long? Sounds like it's still learning a bit. Zero at WOT is good, it's the trims that cause issues. (See DH, I listen...)

I've put about 200 miles on the swap it sat for a few months when I spun a bearing so it hasn't been drove much. When I drive it now thought the ltft will be like -15 -10 sometimes then 3.2 to 5 sometimes more each way or less.
