Yup might want to address that. Really shouldn't use any of the gaskets or hardware that comes with the SD besides the vband clamp.

after I put my headers and pulley on last weekend I took my car out and I went WOT and my rpm went to 4000 and just bounced their until I let off a little bit then it went normal, so I put a new fuel pump in tonight and took it out did a burnout went fine then when I got to 2nd gear it did the same thing, anybody know what the problem could be and also what is the fuel psi suppose to be at because I when I checked it, it was at about 46psi on the new pump and the old one held about 39-41psi! Any help to this problem would be appreciated!

I was discussing with my dad last night, and I was thinking about going E85, but what do you have to do to go E85, I know you have to have the computer again, but is their anything else?

Tune, Bigger Injectors, and a larger fuel pump.

You might be fine on the brand new fuel pump you just installed.

Its really not much at all to go E85. Your MPG's will just suffer.

You may need larger Injectors, and get ready to change the fuel filter a few more times.

    E85 is a great idea.

The power gains is quite substantial. You'll be running like 115~ octane gas or something stupid high like that.

Not sure exactly, but from what I know, your highway MPG's will be like 22+/- but remember, E85 is always quite a bit cheaper than 93/91 octane as well.

Ok I just did some research and I think 60# is a good injector for what I'm running if I add e85 I think that 80# is a little overkill for what I'm running

Enjoy your car for a few while you gather the parts, from what I have read, tuning is a PITA.

Running 115~ octane is definitely going to help with KR my young grasshopper.

60# injectors will be just fine, I believe.

You could probably drop to at least 3.3+/- on E85, headers and a tune. All depends on how much KR you see.

I know Orangel67 had an all out build and so the 65lb injectors may be overkill for what you need, but I know that's what he used for his E85 build.
