    Hey FastKatt, does your cowl look anything like this? I had this '07 in the shop today and this is how it looked. Plastic was just warped to hell, nothing in the way underneath it at all. As soon as I saw it, I thought of yours.

    abrasive..... i found a puddle on my passenger floorboard this morning...i felt around everywhere, the sunroof,passenger door,dash board even under the dash and didnt feel any wet spots other than the puddle...i cant tell where its coming from ...would u say there is a great chance i need one of those lol or should i look for something else when im searching for the reason
    180 t-stat, wizaired cai, s&s headers, 3inch cat back exhaust,jpg plug wires, auto lite plugs, 3.4 pulley, and ovk pcm......rockers to come............next summer might go intercooled

    More than likely the issue. You can run a garden hose on your windshield and watch under the dash. It will drip right out of the bottom of the blower housing most of the time. Sometime it will run down the firewall if you pull the carpet back.
