Official start time is noon. Most people don't show up till around 12:30 - 1ish. Depending on how obnoxious the weather is and how quickly everyone shows up, we will go inside the restaurant somewhere between 1 and 2. We're usually in there for quite a bit. Like 2 hours or more. Then we go outside to "leave"......for another hour or so.
