This goes out to My Friend XXXXXXXX. He works for XXXXXX in (undisclosed location)...he has been there for XXX years away from his family in XXXXXXX. He gets to see them a few times a year on vacation. for no more than a week or so at a time. He misses them dearly but knows he is providing a better life for them than they could afford if he had stayed there, and he longs for the day when he can return home. XXXXX is a true friend of mine in every sense of the word. I talk with him when I can, and think of him often (especially his safety).Courage under Fire
XXXXX had courage under fire during an attack in which he alerted all of XXXX's personnel (the attack was at XXXX hours), XXXXX went room to room to look for personnel that did not hear warnings. XXXXX also found time to get in contact with XXXXX's personnel
XXXXX made contact with the Military forces for guidance while consoling individuals that had not experienced this type of situation before, creating a calming effect on them.
XXXX efforts impacted the morale of all XXXX employees and made a bad situation into a safe and stress free environment.
Through his efforts he stayed in touch with XXXXXX through the night working on a better accountability and alert system for the betterment of XXX and XXX personnel at XXXXXXX (undisclosed location)
So Here is to you XXXX...Have a Happy and SAFE Thanksgiving...I miss you my friend.
