HF cat, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, 2.5 inch down pipe unlike the videos 3inch. And a PLOG. Would the 2.5inch and 3 inch make that much of a difference? and where can i get HF cats at a good price?

I sense a butt ton of drone from the flowmaster mufflers.

2.5 in downpipes are wimpy, go 3in or go home. The stock pipe is 2.25 so going to a 2.5 is worthless.

Magna flow sells high flow cats, but most will set the SES light off because they flow too well for what the car wants to see. Most downpipes can be bought with a cat converter, unless you want to install your own. It's be a better idea to get a cat that isnt as cheap.

Flowmasters are more for loudness if that's what you want. Magnaflow mufflers have a throaty and quality sound. I've heard Magnaflows Wide Open #12225 and they sound really good, I'm actually looking into getting them.

Do zzp DP come with cat converters? And what mufflers would you recommend I want to keep my stock LE quad tips to. I want a loud but not too droney setup. Some drone is fine I guess. Around 300 maybe for is what I'm looking to pay

I had an slp loud mouth previously,(sounded decent), and then when they started buzzing i replaced them with flowey Delta 40's. The flows sound great at idle but the drone is pretty bad, even with a large magnaflow resonator. The best thing to make the exhaust sound awesome is a turbo

I got the exact set-up your thinking about. Sounds the same as that vid. I think any loud exhaust set-up will drone down the highway.

ZZP 2.5" dp with high flow cat, resonator, Flowmaster 40's.

I have some brand long tube headers to a magnaflow highflow, magnaflow resonator, and to two lovely borla single in single out mufflers. no drone. But the person I got the setup from grenaded the front end of his motor chucking piston through the already thin filter in the cat, I pulled out the chunks but there was little to no filter left so i yanked that too, 3 months strong with no ses light.

Flow40's went on my 2002, and that lasted a week before the drone killed me. You really won't like them for long.

    Magnaflows do sound alot better.

Also say 3" DP. ZZP does sell with cat.

Vtec...All the lag and none the turbo...it's like waiting for bad sex
