Hey guys, I installed a relay kit but I am still getting some flickering. Could it be a bad battery?

All I can see is it a 800 cca and cannot see anything with a date besides next to the serial number it says 12 05 but it looks like it is part of the label not stamped on. It is a triple A battery and has a 3 year warranty.

Also if the vehicle is running they shouldn't do it cause most alternators put out between 13-15 volts which is more than enough power. Are ur ballasts 35 watt or 55

They are 35 watt, I also got battery checked and it has 700 cranking amps and voltage is a little below normal at 12.2, the guy said it needs charged even after driving it for 20 miles. The alternator is good.

I figured out the problem. After taking a drive out last night. I noticed a little flickering still going on and come to think that maybe the HID's are lose in the projector headlight itself. The housing is firm and I am positive that they do not bounce so there was only one thing left. The projectors I have are not a good fit for the bulbs but I made some modifications. In the projector light there is a slot that is meant for the filament but did not get cut all the way through. I had to file that groove all the way through then I had to make modifications to the HID's themselves. First I filed down the nipples on the plastic piece, then I had to cut some of the plastic off then it was a perfect tight fit. I tested and all is good now. I don't notice any beams crossing anymore and I get full light coverage to each side.

I am considering getting these as well. My stock headlights are garbage and I think a retrofit is too large of a task for me. Overall, how was your experience with these headlights?

Lights went in pretty easy, look over the threads on here to get install advice and also uTube. There is a little cut off but not bad at all and the quality is good compared to others. I think they look sharp. Any install questions feel free to ask

Yes the light goes out pretty far but adjustments need to be made like both lights are a tad low and I need to raise them just enough without blinding on coming. I like them allot and plan on buying for my red pontaic after vacation. Leaving this week for Aruba for 8 days

Ya if you raise em up a little they should give you great output up to a certain distance. Have fun on your trip.

Thanks, just arrived today. Been very busy. Going to get another set for my red Grand Prix later. The lights on there now, cannot upgrade to HID and the light output sucks

I also did, but it started chattering which is very annoying. I ended up cutting the headlight flash on the DRL module which also disables the headlights from coming on at ight
