You can find the same ones (Figure Grilles) on ebay. I made my own.

Here... I used gutter guard and made my own, ran them that way for a year.. barbeque black'd them today. They were super easy to make (a freaking girl can do it... LOL)

This is what they look like (sorry for the dirty car)

I tried finding some perforated metal that would match the SPO grilles to make for the bottom, but everything was way to pricey.

Yeah, just aluminum mesh, cuz I did what you did, Negative... and I found some that was honeycombed... but holy crap, too expensive. I definitely need a CNC machine. LOL... I have so many projects it would be useful for. Too bad I can't afford that, either. I decided after almost a year of running them "shiny" aluminum... since they've lost their shine... IDK I just wanted to be lower profile since they don't match the SPOs and nothing does except that custom-cut stuff you were talking about. BLAH.

Lol I program and operate a CNC. But we do wood, not metal.

Well dang. LOL. Convert! j/k. My husband does some gunsmithing stuff... so a metal CNC would come in SUPER handy for us. As well as a duplicator machine... a girl can dream...

You can build a DIY CNC for a decent price.

Depending on how far you get carried away or your demands, a decent one can be built for ~3k. Seems like a lot, but you can turn product, and sell. It is a very good investment that will easily pay for itself it fully utilized.

Where do I buy parts for this beast? 3k doesn't seem bad compared to what I've been looking at. Not that I have 3k here at the moment either... but I guess we could buy pieces LOL.

    CNC Router Stuff for Sale

Thats a good starter place. I've seen lots of people use drill motors or even a full drill as well.
