I'm still pretty new to the forum but I wanted to give a big thanks to all the regulars on here, especially Dubob for the video tutorial on replacing the LIM gasket, and all the others that have replied in detail to the many, many posts on questions about that gasket. Just searching the threads I was able to recognize the problem was that gasket, find the correct replacement parts and replace it and several other problem components y'all have regularly posted about by myself in under a day's work. (not to mention the ridiculous amount of dough i saved by not having to have a shop look at it ) and by some miracle have it crank right back up! (though having it turn over first try was at least partly due to the bloody knuckle sacrifices to the Car Gods) SO for cash that's still in my pocket, my engine that's not destroyed, and the confidence that I just might keep her rollin a few more years, thanks!
