Never bought anything from them, but compare them to www.partstrain.com for EBC brake stuff. I have bought a lot of parts from them and have been happy with their service and how fast they ship. I have most parts from them within 3 days.

I went online and they had terrible customer reviews. I usually don't put much stock in those but just about everyone had problems. I got my pads through AJUSA the sponsor on this board. They gave me 10% off and free shipping.

I bought a bunch of stuff from "AutopartsGiant.com" and some of the receipts say "Parts Bin" obviously the same company. Very satisfied. I lookled at Rock Auto but the same parts were a little cheaper through Auto Parts giant.

I never read any of the reviews on them so I can only quote my personal experience. I have made about a dozen orders from them over the last year+ and I have gotten almost every part within a day or two. Some parts took longer since they had to come from California. I had one part that arrived defective. I had no trouble getting it returned. I called them up and told them about it. They sent me a prepaid return label and refunded my charge shortly after it got back. I use rockauto more now since I have found them to be a little bit cheaper on most stuff, but partstrain has some brands that rockauto doesn't like EBC.

I am having so much fun on RockAuto.com. Thanks ya'll for the advice. I'm trying to recondition my 2000 GPGT so I can sell it. This site is very helpful
