Does anybody know if you add the vs cam from zzp. Does the engine make a horrible noise? I was told it was because i need to add new lifters. If so do i need new stock lifters or perfomance lifters? What do you Think?

You can just run stock lifters. It would probably be a good idea to swap them out it you have high miles. I am going to swap mine out when do my cam.

I do not think it would. The roller lifters should not really wear into a cam.

was this the first startup after you took it apart and put it back together? the lifters are pretty noisy for the first minute or two when you start the car up. they have to get pumped back up with oil and what not. its normal if its temporary.

If you can't tell the difference between lifter noise and rod knock you had no business doing a cam swap(sorry) there is just to much chance of a F/U ,now that you have probably screwed up something find an experienced friend that can help you out before you destroy your engine.
