dont bother going to will from overkill..the guy has ****ty customer service and takes forever to send your pcm..he doest like to answer calls, emails, pm's and gives you an attitude when you confront him about it...took 6 weeks to get my pcm from him

hes crazy, he could be making a hell of alot of mony if he had better service. i wonder if he knows how many people want an overkill pcm.

I have sent 2 emails, I have a PCM from him, but just have some additional questions about updating because I want to continue to add more mods... No response from him, and I am a previous customer! When I was shopping around, asking questions to different companies, I would usually only wait a maximum of two days for a response... also I believe I received my PCM within a 1 1/2weeks.... but like I said I have yet to receive a response to my recent emails (PCM was purchased about 6-8months ago)

He post on another forum all the time so he really can't say he's busy. Just a poor business man, maybe young? Who knows but if its this hard to get ahold of him now whats it like after you have his product and need support?

i would love to buy an overkill pcm, but i just don't have the cash right now. i hear they are awesome though...is an awesome product worth the poor customer service though?

Well all I can say from my stand point is get your mods( or have a plan for mods) and order your pcm because who knows if ill get a response! Golly!!!

well if anything, there is a place to put your mods in when ordering your pcm. that will give him enough info to incorperate it to your tune.
i know you would like to talk to him first but if you really want one there is always that option. givin your mods he could dial it in pretty good.

yea i wanted an overkill pcm too sent a few emails never heard back its a shame though i wanted a quality tune i could trust

im just going to pic up an extra pcm and send it out, so im not waiting on one. and when it shows up it shows up
