im ordering mine here shortly, i'll let you know when it gets here
I sent an e-mail a couple days ago about one of his products, haven't heard back. Seemed to be exactly what I was looking for too... But if the guy can't offer customer support after the purchase, kinda makes me leery of even making a purchase.
As i read what you guys have said about this guy i dont know if i should order my pcm through him or not...but then again I dont really need the part till spring time..
Just order a dhp and dont deal with the hassle of bad customer service
dhp hasent been giving refunds back on there pcms....... or atleast a few people have had issuies with it.
thats sucks
what does that leave intense I run one but it was my only real option at the time
**** em all, custom tuning :D
yea thats next i may luck out to they said they are adding my cv software soon too for hptuners
huh?? you lost me on that one
Sorry im getting a hptuners soon and i lucked out cause they are adding my crownvic platform on there so 1 tuner and i can do all of my cars
See this is why im stuck...hmmm
ahh okay gotcha.
and for jess if your in new york, i dont know exactly where the shop is but tune time can do tunes and the guys up there seem to like the results. your never stuck.
Thank You! :)
just get a custom tune you guys. its twice as good for your car anyway. yes overkill makes good pcms but his customer service blows and it seems to be getting worse from what i hear.
is it really that easy to custom tune? i know nothing about bin files, and isn't the hptuners software over twice as much as an off the shelf tune?
hptuners is 500 bucks for the suite, BUT you never have to worry about sending back your pcm if something is wrong, dont have to worry about not being able to get in touch with them.
i will say its not the easyest, it does take alot of time to learn and there is lots to reading to do to understand things, but in the long run a tuner will pay off for you.
if you dont want to go that route, find some that can tune and have them do it for you.
lol if i did that i would have to have someone show me the ropes
Just read read read the HP Tuners forums.
I can't seem to get any sort of refund for my core from Will. :C
I dont understand it though ok he's busy or family stuff or just back logged
Return messages, emails, hop on here and say whats going on Something Anything
I have seen a few people on here go another route Including me. just based on the fact hes almost impossible to get ahold of..
Not a very good bussiness man thats for sure if i ran my bussiness like that i may aswell not own one
And loosing credibility isnt a good thing at all
