that is beautiful
OMG I WANT THE BLUE FLAMED SETUP.
Whitcomb, i take it you put the resin in the grooves then did a really thin layer of body filler over the whole top of the VC or just the area where the resin is?
also how did you prep the supercharger housing, snout and all to prep it
yea put the resin in the grooves, make sure to scuff the cover first then fill with resin sand down, smooth , then bondo and sand smooth, if done right your lucky if you have 1/16 of bondo anywhere its usually pretty thin, then primer and paint..
oh and for the blower i spray the **** out of it with brake cleaner as the blower like brand new anywhats and primer, base, airbrush, kandy and clear, really dont need to sand it as it rough already but next one i do for my car i am gonna sand it till its smooth and then paint it..
thats 97coupe on clubgp, that has the V6 ones.
i got L32 covers, they are black stock in a wrinkle finish. i then used the Reflective concepts valve cover overlays (only used the middle stripes) in reflective red.
the flash on my camera makes them look orange.
