the only thing i would ever do is order parts from zzp never have them touch my car....

my friend went up there with his redline ion and wanted a tune for meth and they took 8 MF hours to get it tuned right...turns out they installed the spray nozzle in upside down and he could only drop one pulley size after all those hours of tuning...1000$ for a fukked up dyno tune and 5whp....wtf is that...

ill run their MPS thats about it....

TDC when you gonna start making MPS's?

Modding... is not the macarena. It takes patience. ZZP is like a fine, well-aged prostitute... it takes years to learn her tricks. She is cruel, laughs at you when you are naked, but you keep coming back for more, and more! Why? Because she is the only prostitute I can afford.

I agree w/ the Sh!t customer service from zzp. Half the emails I sent were never replied to or they took days & days to respond. They didn't even send instructions when I bought their fuel logs(Thats MEAN). zzp has great parts I agree w/ that too. but their customer service could use a bit of House Keeping.

I called for three days trying to ask a simple question about specs and ensure my setup would be fine. On the third day of being told Tim was too busy to talk to me, the guy told me to email him. I did... got back a book about the VS cam and how I wanted that, not the XP I had asked questios about.

Bought a set of 12 valve seals, 14 arrived. Thought is was nice they included 2 spares.
Bought another set of 12 valve seals 11 arrived. Odd..things happen.
Buddy had an MPS shipped to me for install. Sealed bag contained 1 hub with 5 holes and 4 screws. There's a counting pattern here.
Another buddy orders cam install kit and speaks directly to Zoomer, he specifically states he wants a bottle of cam lube. They charged him ...and sent a packet of ARP bolt lube.
Recently a buddy helped install an SSM90 kit. Injectors don't fit in the bosses and the pcm was for an 05 car not the 03 they ordered. Tim yelled that the incorrect pcm was ordered until the customer sent him the confirmed order stating 2003.

Best of luck talking to someone or getting good information. Their site said the XP needed a single chain..Tim's email stated it "required" a double chain. Which do you follow, the head tech guy or the website?

    Emails are sometimes returned.

Do they have some good parts and some good innovation? Yes..
Can you get most of the same products from other vendors with good customer service and better prices... You FTMFW bet your butt can.

I say deal with them at your own risk, never rely on them to have all the parts to you correctly or on time.....and whatever you do, count any quantities over 4. They have some challenged folks in the shipping and packing department.

Joe..I'm glad you like their service and prices, as we all will buy stuff from somewhere. Each and every person I know personally that has ordered from them....something was missing or incorrect.

I've worked with Intense a lot and things were always quick and customer service fantastic.
I've seen two orders that locals placed with Parker at TDC and they were good, complete and priced right. Haven't ordered directly from him, I see it happening in my future.
I've ordered and talked with Dave Norris at Triple Edge Performance, great guy, great parts, can't say enough about how he goes out of his way to help the community.

Their fuel logs dont come with instructions like the older version fuel logs. I wondered why i didnt get instructions when i ordered their fuel logs so i emailed them asking about it and they said they dont have any made yet.

They told me the same thing after about a week & 3 or 4 emails. The new fuel logs may be different from the old style but the instruction still would've helped!

Well I'll agree to most of whats been said ,I've have good luck with their parts but even after spending thousands of greenbacks they wo'nt give you reasonable communication try to phone (impossible to get a live person) send an email good luck these are answered at random I guess ,all in all I would'nt deal with them atall if not for the fact that I misguidedly bought one of their SS M-90 kits instead of doing a top swap ,I now have a combo of both ,the problem is they seem to be the only ones able to tune for the 97 SS-M90 I've tried others and it just runs like ****,but lets put the blame were it belongs Zoomer is the boss and hires these people and runs the show he pisses and moans on CGP about growing pains well grow a pair and take the blame and hire some competant staff ,I sincerely hope some of the smaller outfits eg: Reptile ,TDC ect. succeed in their businesses and are able to fill a much needed gap in parts and most of all customer service ! My rant is over .Chico.

yeah they gave me decals too...I threw them away

I had ordered shorter dog bones from them a couple months ago, I got them on time and fast, I opened the box and the dog bones are cock-eyed and crooked :P

I am still going to buy their xp cam and intercooler kit though

You could have gotten those parts from almost any vendor, its not really a zzp specific part or anything...you could have called ed morad and prolly gotten those parts for $5.00
