Does anyone know if the thing circled in red on the 4t60e is the same as the thing circled in red on the 4l60e. Like if I had the upgraded 4l60e servo could I put it in there on the 4t60e?

    2001 A4 Camaro B4C, 1.94 60ft - 8.48 1/8@84.13 - 13.17@104.29, should go faster with a better track and no ses light.
And now a 98 Grand Prix

does the 4t60e have a servo thing like the 4l60e does? And can you get an upgraded one?

The circled areas on your 4T60E pic are servos, but they apply a reverse and forward band and neither of those are shifting bands. The 700R4/4L60E servo is for 2nd/4th apply and that band is a shifting band. Both transmissions' servos serve the function- to apply a band but only the 700R4/4L60E servo will show any kind of difference in shift firmness as again it applies a band to complete a shift, not just to engage forward or reverse from a stop.
