    91 model year may have still used the older 440T4/4T60 and your 94 GP uses a 4T60E which is an electronic shift version basically. They have a number of differences between the two and wont be a direct swap though physcially it will fit ok. There are other factors such as electronics, internal wiring, gear ratio and torque converter differences that changed from year to year and there are quite a few options. If you could attain the ID tag info from both transmissions it would help to determine what you have to work with.

    Trannyman--I will try to find the info...I know it wont be exact but I am thinking it may be an ok get me by--will look for tags and get back here in a day or two--where are they located? Thanks Roger
