    For some reason I am unable to delete my log files this is the second time it's happened last year I reinstalled dhp and dot net fix but it did nothing till I wiped my laptop and started like it was a brand new laptop and installed everything to get it to work today it happened again I have been able to delete some files but not all I reinstalled dhp and dot net fix but I don't want to wipe the laptop yet I am able to open the files after deleting has anyone experienced this

    I've never heard of a problem like that, but why do you need to delete your files? cant you just go to the stored location of the file and delete them?

    im really not sure what your trying to do here.

    if your talking about scan logs, why delete them? they are saved by time and date. hard to f that up.

    Well now I know why it was such a problem in the past after I logged a run I went to check the data and I have 0 data or rows of data and it is unable to open it I received two messages one that's a error and files are corrupted everything appears to be fine while driving till I am ready to open the file
