    Hey guys my Daytona 500 GTP was totalled a while ago and being that I had a Fiero laying around waiting for a 3800 sc I guess now is the time. I am not looking for crazy crazy power. I can tell you the upgrades I already have and I am just looking for ideas and what kinda upgrades I would need. The car already had the colder t*stat, the plog, ngk iridium plugs, There will be no U-Bend obviously and I will probably be running 3" exhaust the whole way out. I am realistically looking for a 2.8 or maybe a 2.6 pulley. I know I will have to get at least a cam and maybe rockers. Please just let me know what else I would need. I will be using HP Tuners on the car so everything will be custom. I am just trying to avoid detonation and make my car run somewhere in the 11's.

    Think E85 and a intercooler if you want that low of pulley without real problems.

    Stick to a 3.0 to 3.2 size pulley with cam and it will be plenty fast.

    so what kinda supporting mods would I have to do. Knock retard wont be a problem with the fiero exhaust and I will be doing my own tuning. what would be the best route.

    Pace setter style headers are the best ive used in fiero swaps. Other than that intercooler and xp cam is all you need for 11s.

    so with the XP cam should i just run factory rocker arms or should I try to raise the ratio

    factory for sure is my opinion. Only time you raise the ratio is when you're not going to take the time/cost/effort to do a cam. The cams are designed to make good power in the right way just how they are. No higher ratio arms required!

    I am guessing you have used HP Tuners then to work with on your car. What kinda tips would you have. I used it before on a basically stock gtp. what stuff should I do with one modded the way we were talking about
