I've been tuning for 8 years and never had to tune a stock maf sensor before.

As far as stock injectors... a stock pulley will let you go about e50 before they are maxxed out... I went with 42lb injectors and murdered the stock pump quickly.

I dont advise blending e85 for an octane booster unless you are sure of the blends of the e85 and whatever you blend it with... When the blend changes, your fuel trims will be off again so youll have to retune every time you fill up if you live in an area that constantly is changing it.

I honestly never had a problem with my stock pump on e85(with the rewire) using 60lb injectors down to a 2.8 pulley. I run mine pretty lean compared to others though so it probably just depends what AFR youd want to run.

I'm on E85 50/lb injectors stock pump stock wiring, no issues either..

There will be many people on here with multiple ways to deal with tuning....in the end I would say tune your maf if you've made changes to the housing or have separate throttle body/maf combo.

    Happy tuning

What size pulley were you using?

This makes no logical sense. If the fuel trims are "off" they are compensating for the different ethanol content... the fuel trims are the tuning you would do in the pcm.

True...what I don't see is why u are so against tuning the MAF..gm designed it for a stock airbox and To work with stock pulley. If you change that, with a pulley and or air intake and are seeing more g/sec at a given hz rating your maf curve is now invalid.,.so why not change it.

Changing stuff around the maf is a concern but after years of tuning I havent found any consistency in how it changes things... aka I believe less that major things are going wrong due to new airflow tendencies around the sensor.

For those that have switch to E85 and upgraded injectors, what specific tables did you change in the tune? Just the injector flow vs. kPa table??

And offsets and any other applicable inj data.

I see.. Does all that info usually come with injectors when they're purchased? I've never tuned for them before

You cant change offsets or minimum pulsewidth in any OSID that I know of. What "other data" are you referring to?

Even still, are you really THAT concerned that .1 or .2 IPW is going to throw your tune "way off"?

That being said, would you just recommend changing flow vs. kPa? I am likely going to be dropping 60#'ers in soon, and want to make sure I change what I should if it is really that simple.

When I changed over, I just did flow vs kpa, had to do a little "minor" tweaking to the table right after that and that was it.

Either of you mind posting an image of your injector flow tables for the 60s? I know it's case by case, but wanted to get an idea of what I should be around.

For those of you running E85, what do you currently have set as your Stoich. AFR?
