Hey guys, I have been around a while, just don't post here much. I thought I'd ask this question here since I know a lot of tuning gurus are on this board. I have a 96 Bonneville SSEi that I've been working with my friend Don to tune, using a 97 SSEi PCM, we changed the transmission setting with his DHP, so it runs and drives perfectly well, and I can access the PCM with my HPTuners, the issue I'm having is getting the TCC to lock. It was throwing a couple of codes (input shaft speed sensor not communicating, and TCC lock solenoid stuck open) I know the trans and TCC are both in good order, it's a matter of getting the tune to command the lock properly, apparently the PCM still thinks it's controlling a 4T65E? In the 96 SSEi they used a 4T60-HD, I know there has to be a way to get this to work, the TCC lock is the only thing holding us back. Turning the codes off in the PCM had no effect on how it acts. If anyone has any input it would be appreciated!
I tried uploading the tune to this post, but it gave an error.
