I need a good tuner to fix my 2000 GTP tune that was replaced by a much worse one for some apparent reason, it runs a lot more sluggish now. It has the basic 3.4 setup. If someone knows of anyone that, please reply here or PM me. Thankie

Bump......Wondering the same thing, hopefully there is a tuner in the suburbs, need mine tuned asap!
Bump... I got the bin that was put on last, apparently it's a 98 GTP ZZP pcm that was on there to begin with. Still looking for a good tuner who knows these cars well that can help me out. Thanks!
I find a lot of time people think that the tune will fix issues that are mechanical/electrical failures
are you sure your car is in tip top shape?
Well, I noticed off a dead stop it skips or vibrates before it picks up and it got much worse with the tune on there now but I was hoping it wasn't a trans issue.
For the most part, it was running much better on the tune that was on there before the current one. I was told it was the same tune and the previous one could have been a "bad burn" because the fuel trims were much worse than the current burn. I don't see how that makes sense if it was running like a champ before. I just need someone to check it out that knows what they're doing.
Also, I was told you can tune out the trans pressure or whatever, is this true?...

Sounds like what you're describing is the trans shudder from a bad input clutch / direct clutch drum seals.
I'm afraid it may be time for you to consider a new transmission.
what more than likely happened is that with your old tune all of the transmission adaptives, which had been learned line pressure had been maxed or near it.
when the car was reflashed it lost all of the learn'd adaptives and that's why the problem is worse because it hasn't compensated yet.
you can play with the pressures but its not the pressure that's the problem it's the seals for the clutch seals
im in appleton Wisconsin

Actually, It depends on what flash was used, if it was a partial flash, then it would not have lost the adaptive trans settings. On the flipside, if it was a full flash then yes, it would have reset the adaptive trans settings completely.
I agree. Sounds like a new trans with all the needed updates should be a good idea. Contact Tim King.To get in contact with Tim King email him:
