I assume you meant to say O2 and not p2. It does look like your O2 voltage is relatively low with your max voltage just barely breaking 800mv. Now im not a tuner expert by any means and im still learning myself but i believe the max values should be mid 900's. Now whether this is from a bad O2 sensor or not i cant say for sure but it does appear that your O2 readings are somewhat all over the place. I also noticed that your timing at wot seems pretty low too.... around 15 degrees. I would think if you pulley up and add timing you would make more power even tho it appears you have all the neccesary supporting mods in your sig. Looks like you dont have much kr at all which is good of course but i think adding timing is going to make kr jump up. However if you do indeed have a bad o2 sensor i would change that first and then bump the timing up and scan for kr and hopefully you wont have to go up to a 3.5". Hopefully someone with more tuning experience will chime in and correct me if im wrong on any of this. Goodluck

For some reason im thinking that the pcm doesnt even read the 02 at WOT bc it is in Performance Enrichment mode. I could be very wrong tho. Are you having drivablity/performance/reliability/economy problems? You said you are having problems in your first post but idk what those problems are exactly. Sorry for making you list you mods b/c after i posted i looked at you sig. lol

Try zeroing in your fuel trims a little better is the only advice i would give if the new o2 sensor doesnt fix it.

What do you have your base PE afr set at? It's richening up the whole time you are at 100% throttle, but its way to lean. Pull out 2% from your MAF table below 4000htz, then only 1% between 4000-5500, then add yourself 1% from 5500 and up. Don't adjust timing, and figure out what throttle percent you are at when you see your O2's drop off....probably around 32% or so.

If that doesn't cure it, set your PE AFR to 10.8 and see if that makes it run fat, if that does the trick, see if you can get it up to 11.5. It won't take much to make the O2's come up, but I would pretty much rule out 2 bad sensors in a row.

around frame 8718 im noticing low o2 numbers like you said. Also trims are locking in at around 0.8 at best.

    Do a maf tune,

Set up a histrogram in the scanner and again do a maf tune from 7500 hrtz on down to 1500hrtz. This should get you're fuel trims back in line at cruise and WOT.

After you've done this i would probably like brian was getting at add 1% to the 7500 and up on the MAF table. When you go wot look at you're o2's. They should have come up into the 900 range. If not just keep doing increasements of .30 to the maf table 7500 and up.

After that has been taken care of it would be bennefictial to do a timing tune. Should already be set up in the scanner under something like ''main spark knock retard'' On the far right side of the table (wich should be wot subtract the amount you see there after you do a wot run from the main spark table high octane table. So if you have 2* of kr in the 4500 cell all the way to the right of the table take that much timing away from the spark table. Add 1 degree of timing to any cells that had zero in the far right of the table while scanning.

Keep doing this untill you maximize your timing.
