    Still dealing with my KR problem & low boost, want to see if a stock PCM performs any better than the aftermarket one I have (no idea the brand or specs)
    Can I get a 98-03 PCM & swap in without getting the case re-learn?

    99-02 will work, not 03.

    Swap it and see if it runs, you may need to do a security relearn.

    Case learns are for the sync of the cam and crank sensors.
