Use a stock L32 MAF table then.

Blah...just starting to roll onto the throttle and heard a loud knock and thud. This is going to be a pain. Can't afford a new bottom end yet.

are you scanning commanded afr? what are your locking LTFTs? What are you using for injector constants? Do you still have the map sensors plugged in?

    Commanded..no. I just know what I set.

When ltfts finally lock in I don't see more or less than .3-.4 pos or neg. Obviously they're a little off cause I just changed everything again.

Constants? Do you mean the flow rate vs kpa table?

And...lol yeah the MAP sensor is plugged in still. Only one on my l26.

....And commanded won't shop up in logs.

Still trimming fuel though so not leaning into boost.

    Ok I've been stubborn.

L32 MAF, but trimming for fuel trims.

Used L67 timing then I leaned into boost a little it missed hard. RPMs fell until the engine quit. Wouldn't start. Reflashed with L32 timing. Starts right up and runs.

Trimmed a bit more for fuel trims over 10%...

Leaned in this morning and engine quit, wouldn't restart until after reflashing in the middle of the road.

I remember the comment about unplugging the MAP sensor. I didn't think the car would run without it. I know for sure it won't with the
    MAF unplugged.

So I got to work this morning and popped the plug to the MAP at idle and it didn't skip a beat so I guess I'll be doing my next scan with it unplugged.

Is that what's causing all of my trouble though? I know for sure install of the top swap was clean. Torqued EVERYTHING that had a specification. Heads were cleaned and decked. Checked pushrod length....rocker bolts torqued, all brand new gaskets....fresh fluids. ....so ? ????????

You are kidding right? Your POS car WILL NOT F#$KING RUN WITH THE L26 MAP IN IT. F#%$^

    Commanded..no. I just know what I set
Unless you are really on top of things you will never "know" what your commanded is. Considering your track record in this thread, I would pay close attention to what commanded is doing.

I've been looking around at all of the data on my HP Tuners and there's an option for commanded afr, but not showing values for it in my scans.

low res commanded afr I think is the hpt equiv.

You cant use either of them. The only case you can use a 2 bar is if you get both of the 2 bar map sensors and wire them in.

[QUOTE=darkhorizon;1037187]low res commanded afr I think is the hpt equiv.

Used that option...shows up on the chart as a label, but no data fills that spot.

Unplugged the MAP and she operates much smoother using the MAF. Now is it safe to run without the MAP until my new sensors come in?

Why bother running 2 map sensors? Its a huge pain in the ass to setup (you have to clamp the baro sensor somehow), and does nothing to help. What made you assume that it was unsafe?

Ha! All I needed to hear! Lol...

Really though the MAP was there before the swap and I wanted to keep as much tge same as possible providing it all operated correctly.

Ran great this morning off of only the MAF so I'm just going for it. Even AFR wasn't dead on but much closer.

So thanks a ton guys, darkhorizon.

And my car is not a POS!!!

    Not yet.
