looking for the basic settings for a 98 gtp running a nic cam in a L26 block with 130# valve springs, 60# injectors and 3.1 pully?

can anyone help get me the basic starting #'s so i can get a can tune ready for this?

Bump the idle to say 800-900 and consider running open loop.

i currently have a tune to run 3.4 pully headers and etc just wondering if my car will run well enough to drive to the tuner without risk of damage or chipping a piston etc..

email zzp they can flash it to your pcm. my car runs good with their NIC tables. my idle is set to 900 according to scan tool, but shows 1000 on speedo.

zzp are the only ones with the fuel and timing table for this cam, unless you can find someone with hp that also has a nic cam. which i do not at the moment

so zzp does a good job are you showing any kr with their can tune then? im planning on dropping pully size to 3.1 and adding 60# injectors and a highflow fuel pump

Stock works fine... I never found power at the track running any different. Run open loop and tune for injectors... call it a day.

Bump up your idle, set your injectors to 62 all the way across, set injector scew to 1 on all cylinders, and youll be able to make it to the dyno, try to stay out of boost until the dyno is done. and i wouldnt trust a tune from zzp.

also im bumping up to 60# injectors and a highflow 255lph fuel pump so i would need to at least have those accounted for.. ive considered just getting the pcm from zzp and having my tuner guy go from there he cant find any files for the nic cam so he doesnt even know where to start at this point..

i plan on having him add a wideband and fuel pump rewire kit as well so i spose if worst came to worst i could get the pcm from zzp and have it somewhat close then have my guy tweak it to run great later...

22.5mpg but my flex pipe is leaking, so my o2 sensor keeps the car running too rich.

    no track runs yet. but i walked a intake/header/exhaust s2000 and a intake/exhaust g35 6mt when i had my 3.5 pulley and a nasty vac/boost leak

cant find my camera to take a vid at the moment, i will try and find it
