While displaying KR, from idle to about 3/4 (maybe a little more) throttle I'm showing 0.0
The only time I see anything register is at full throttle. When at full throttle
it will go as high as 3.2 Deg.

Is this something I need to worry about?

And before I see the first post yah I know "just don't go full throttle".

As a rule of thumb I very rarely do go full throttle. 3/4 is usually plenty for me.

My current mods which have been on there for 4+ years now include.

    Thrasher CAI
    Straightened U-Bend
    3.4" pulley
    ZZP 1.0 PCM
    SLP loudmouth catback system
    High flow Cat
    Shortened Dog Bones

So as I asked before is that anything I need to worry about?
If so what would you suggest to help with the problem.

    Thanks

Someone is going to say you need a downpipe, then someone else is going to rant about the zzp pcm and how awful they think it is, then someone is going to tell you that it is not THAT bad running like that, but some higher octane or a custom tune may always help.

running a 3.4 pulley with no headers or powerlog, a Plog will help if its only 3.2*
