So, I've posted over on 3800pro.com, but am still a little cloudy on PCM tuning and when you really need it. Let me explain my situation..
1997-03 GTP
My planned mods are: U-bend delete, exhaust cutout, 3" downpipe, FWI or CAI. SHOULD I be getting any inreased KR with these simple mods? The only reason I would want a tune is to protect the reliability and safety of my motor, but I don't think I really need one for that reason with just these mods. The car will be my DD, and if I ever desire a smaller pulley, I will obviously get a tune/PCM. But should I get one with just these mods? Thanks Guys! Sorry for the common question again..
