Thread: Setting up account

I bought a DHP tuner with the key span adapter and plugged it into my computer and says i need the soft for the keyspan.So i went to this link and followed the directions to set it up.
How do i access the Powrtuner Message Board - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite

So i do step 1 to dl software and then 4.Four is to set up an account on the tuner forum.It says my name and birthday are incorrect.So i am stuck there also.

Submit a ticket and they create the account manually.
