Just looking for advice and directions.

Changes made to my box-tuned zzp pcm are as follows:
    Injector_Skew_Percent +2% for 1,3,5 for plog
    Injector_Flow_Rate 100kPa: from 205.84 (stock value) to 207.84

Here is the Latest scan RACETRACK_9-2-2008_8_06_37_PM_ from lawngoose -- Scan Depot dot net if anyone cares.

    Thanks all

I appreciate it man, I made some changes with the help of some guys from one of the other forums, but I have been reading the tuner's notebook, and I am in the process of doing a MAF tune.

If you have stock injectors use the stock injector table. Adjust your fuel by the MAF table. Or Ve table for some ( matter of opinion ) I use the MAF and always will. I STILL have a stock VE table.

Where did you get your values from for your IFR? Stock IFR for the 100KPA cell should be 38.40.

FWIW Im using stock skew numbers and im tuning without a wideband. I have heard of people doing this and i guess it can't really hurt anything.

Also what mods do you have? Looks your running a little lean on your narrowband o2's being that there at 920's.But then again I dont see any or much KR so your probably ok.

Nevermind I see your mods and am actually suprised your running the 02 numbers you are without any KR with the mods you have

If you have HPT and you want me to take a look at your .BIN File for you I will. Just lemme know. And if you need anything else just lemme know. What else have you (or zzp) done to the PCM?

I have a DHP Tuner I picked up off a friend. I am in the process of doing a MAF tune. (Probably round 6) trying to get my LTFT's inline.

Mods are in sig, but I added a DIY shiftkit..

Well what i have noticed is that during the mornings when i run my scans, im still running lean on my LTFT's ... +7 max, however, last nite i scanned... and I was get LTFT's up to +11.

With it being cooler at night, I think my PCM would be commanding more fuel not less. So im still MAF tuning atm....

    Main Page - OpenTuner Notebook

that will answer almost all the tuning questions you could ever have.

also, just putting it out there..i think skewing the front bank because of a powerlog is useless. the rear and front banks are equal stock, but the rear manifold flows MUCH better than the stock front. if you think about it, the powerlog almost balances it out..

I have read the tuner's notebook a million times, and I can say it is true.. the more you read the more you learn with hands-on knowledge.

I think I am pretty much done with my MAF tune... My LTFT locked in at 0 today on the interstate, so i am pretty proud of that.

Latest_new from lawngoose -- Scan Depot dot net

However, my o2's are still lean according to my narrowband.

I still have KR 2-3*, so it doesnt look like a pulley drop is any time soon.

Any advice and or direction is appreciated.

Matt, I'm not seeing any KR on that scan you took. Is it PT or just at WOT. If your FT's werent locking in when the knock was occuring then that can cause it. Also TM can cause it...usually around 2-3 KR also. Maybe disable it then go for a ride and see if that fixes it. What are you at on your NB?

A tad bit of KR in Cells 3507-3508 ... and 5169-5185. By NB i meant my PCM readings, but I have been eyeballing an AEM wideband after i get some headers

I will take a look at your suggestions... thanks for the direction!

No problem man, Yeah that just looks like flash KR...Well i wouldn't even call it that. Dont worry about 1 or less kr...for me it's 2 or less... you def wont hurt anything with the amount you have now. Take into consideration most stock cars have 2-7 degrees anyway...and they last 300,000 miles.

Tune looks good...or scan i should say.... Do some WOT runs if you like and post back up.

Explain what you mean by pcm readings? Really the only way you can tell if your running lean or rich is to go into PE or when your o2's lock in...Then look at the o2 readings...

For your setup go for around 940's to 960's...what ever you can do without KR...maybe 950's and add some timing also....stock is around 960's FYI if you didnt already know
