Your running a 3.2 pulley without headers, intercooler and rockers?. I'm no expert but I am pretty sure you are running way too low of a pulley for your set-up. I dont even think you should be running a 3.4 on that set-up. You are probably getting tons of knock and are lucky you haven't chipped a piston yet.

Get that 3.2 off and put the 3.8 back on. You really have no significant mods on the car at all. The PCM won't save your car if you're running an inappropriate sized pulley.

i got my GTP parts car cause someone had a ported blower, 3.25 pulley, magnaflow mufflers on the back, a 160 stat, and said the PCM was tuned. the #3 piston ring failed and the piston was rubbing the wall and the best part was #4 the back center cylinder NOTHING LEFT! the rod was even shattered. head looked fine. i dont know where the parts went without seizing the motor.

bottom line. Park the car and do not start until that 3.2 is off the car.

Go to a local auto parts store and scan it.

Every car IS different...but just because you ran it for three years, doesn't mean it was best for the car, OR safe, OR you know if it had KR or not.

    Advice?

Stock pulley...after you find out what codes you have...if they are low voltage o2 codes or lean bank one...that probably does mean either you've got some crap wires for the o2 or it is bad...and the lean related one, would be vacuum leak(s).

I don't care what car...I doubt without at least 110 octane that thing has probably still has KR. Also...an intake isn't a supporting pulley mod...nor at "MSD Coils"...which actually suck. The cat and "straight pipes" do nothing but make your car sound like ass since the 3800 doesn't make a nice exhaust note at all. So...ending, click the link in my signature and LEARN...
