My question is what software is used to transfer these bins over to my vehicle pcm. , I have access to a VCI box at work that we use to Upgrade Hyundai pcm's and tcm's. Is there any free software out there???

there is no free software out there. the two main tuners out there are DHP powrtuner and HP tuners. you need their interface to use their software to flash the file
