    If you see KR on the chart display but it doesn't show up on the main spark- knock retard, timing retard (*) (2 of the histogram), does that mean its false knock?

    The tune I'm looking over is Kaseys from the request in this section... He has a peak on the chart of about 1* KR, however his spark correction tables aren't zero'd. If I zero those do you think it would get rid of that KR or am I looking at it wrong?

    maybe drop by -1 or +1 if kasey is clearly having a problem with "heatsoak" or hotlapping on a scan. but never 0 them out. they are there for a reason.

    kick the scan on over to me and ill look it over.

    you could. but by doing it you take control away from the PCM in case something goes horribly wrong with your car.

    so i have a ? at full boost my kr is at 0, but idling it is -24 and when i first pulled out it went to -35 and just kept drop till full boost at 0, is this bad or good and what should i do about it

    What are you using to scan? that sounds like ignition advance and 0 is terrible

    my buddy that scanned it told me that it is ignition, it was negative 24 at idle, negative 35 when i pulled out then it kept goin down until i hit full boost and went to 0, we used a snap on scan tool, i want to measure the kr, how do i do that
