Okay all my problems that I was having with boost issues, I have it narrowed down to the tune I recieved from a guy that lives around here. What exactly can cause boost decrease from a tune. Is it in the shift points, torque management, afr. Just curious.

After reading your issue, here in bold letters... I don't see how a tune could cause boost decrease. I would probably check elsewhere... BBV solenoid, vacuum lines, etc...
Unless you're only seeing a boost decrease when traction control is working.

Air is getting warmer now. It could be that when it was cold you were seeing higher boost but now that it is warm you won't see as high boost numbers. Cold air will expand more then warm. Hope this helps!

Well my boost guage is reading 5psi at wot and my vacuum is fine, and even the digitial factory guage inside isnt going all the way up. This is also with a 3.5 pulley, I have checked everything the only thing I can thing of is the tune did something to it.

Unhook vacuum from the bbv and see if you get full boost.

I have a boost guage, dying to get the car running right after I have done all these mods what to see what it can do. I will try unhooking the bypass valve and see what happens.
