So I bricked 2 PCMs trying to program my 05 GTP in-car with DHP. Finally built an off board harness and that worked perfect.

Scaled my injectors +28% (33lbs, to 42.5lbs) and increased my injector skew to 130% for E85. No more +16.4 LTFT

The first one, no. Died while writing when I opened the door and the radio chimed. The 2nd one was writing at an incredibly slow rate and finally timed out after at least 2 hours of writing. Offboard harness wrote full .bin in under 5 minutes.

have you been able to do a partial write? Mine are all 322 seconds for a full write.
An engine is an engine no matter the size.... I think Dr. Seuss said that... or maybe it was Big Weld....

This past write was 353 seconds for a full write, not sure if this PCM is slower, and yes I can do partial writes offline.

I thought i bricked my impala Pcm. Hpt wouldn't connect and would just time out when trying. I swapped it out then for the hell of it 3 days later I put it back in and it work, read and write no problem.
